This is for people who want to learn and experience different types of Cuban dances, bringing you the original Afro-Cuban roots and Cuban popular dance.

Units
Afro-Cuban Dance (Orishas)	Dances, songs and music in adoration of the Cuban Saints or Orishas, who are Gods from the Yoruba religion of western Nigeria, traditions that were brought to Cuba from Africa by slaves. Orishas featured in the workshops include Ellggua, Yemaya, Chango and Oggun
Rumba	Cuban Rumba has three forms, 'Yambu', 'Guaguanco' and 'Colombian'. It is danced by a man and a woman who represent theatrically, different ocurrences from their daily lives.
Arara	From the Fon people and the Arara Kingdom of the Dahomean region, now known as Benin. Arara rhythms, songs and dances were introduced into eastern Cuba through Haiti, where many of those rituals and ceremonies are still practiced.

Afro-Cuban Dance Workshop

We will show you how to combine these influences to improve your dance style, designing and developing more about the different roots of our Dance Cuban Culture.
